Arianna rants : “ VP resign”

It was just earlier today when we mentioned that we have found a person that was as crazier Arianna Huffington, and Arianna then went on to prove her credentials. A few hours ago, she called for Vice President Joe Biden to resign in protest to President Obama “escalating” the Afghan war!

The reason that she is saying that the President is “escalating” the war, is because he approved an initial addition of 13000 troops to the front-line. For anyone who has visited this site, you would know that I am in favor of giving the generals whatever they need to finish and win the fight. I also do no mind President Obama thinking this over.

But this is not about that issue. You see, Arianna is so ideologue about her opposition to war, that she cannot even think straight. She has forgotten what the job of the Vice President is. The Vice President is not a person that dictates to the President what to do. That is not his job. He is supposed to take over the President should the President not be able to do his/her job or be the tie-breaking vote in the Senate which he presides.

Additionally, wasn’t it like yesterday when she was claiming that Vice President Dick Cheney has too much power? She used to be grumbling and ranting about it, calling it unconstitutional. But now, she is advocating that the President listen to the VP or have the VP quit?

Okay, I agree that this is nowhere as compared to the amount of power VP Cheney abused, but it is the right of the President to take the advice of his Generals over his Vice President. If VP Biden quits, it would make the President look like a clown and set the precedent for the future where there would be too much power in the hands of the VP.

With Democrats like Arianna Huffington, who needs Republicans to sink the Democrats? Doesn’t she get it that this is the best thing that could happen for the Republican party? Are all Democrats really that dumb? Maybe that is the reason why they lose elections all the time!

She also claimed that it has happened again and again in history where the subordinate would follow orders even though (s)he knew that the orders were wrong. This could be a result of my couple of years in the military, but I think that there is a reason for that. If the person below you does not do what they are told, how can a company or state function?

She mentioned her example of General Colin Powell involvement in the My Lai fiasco; but I would tell her that I would still do what I am told and I do not like the order , I would bring it up with higher command later. We should obey first, question later. Unlike Senators and Representatives who are not part of the executive branch of government, the Vice President reports directly to the President. He is the subordinate of the President.

Anybody who has no partisan support and has any brain in their skulls would know that Arainna is outright wrong! Furthermore, with her being the Rush Limbaugh of the blog world, she should know that her words could make people act crazy. She has the leverage to really spark this to life. I hope she does not do that… or in another sense I hope she does. I get to write more about her!

Orly Taitz and responsible speech

I never liked the Joy Behar and never watched her show on HLN. However, a member of the team e-mailed me a link to an interesting video. She sounds like Arianna Huffington and is the right-wing crazier version of her. She is also hailed as the queen of the Birthers.

Firstly, to the Birthers, get your damn story straight! It is as if they had theory of every place they can think of and made him be born there. Choose one of your ridiculous claims and stick to it:

He is Kenyan and born in Kenya via in his paternal ancestral home;
He is a Brit, as he was born in Kenya which was a British colony then;
He is Cuban, his mum slept with an African-Cuban man and she was educated in Communist schools in Washington state and making Obama President is all part of Castro’s conspiracy to destroy America
He is Vietnamese, is a product of a Vietnamese-Black relationship,Vietnam wants to bring Communism to America just in case Vietnam lost the war, so they sent Obama;
He is Indonesian, born in Indonesia to an Indonesian man and his mum;
He was born in Hawaii, which is not part of America;
He was born in Mexico and is actually an illegal immigrant in the United States;
He was not born, but is the Anti-Christ to rid the world of Christianity and to install himself as God;

If there are other conspiracy theories, please add in the commentary box below. I would authenticate President Obama’s Birth Certificate and all the courts that rejected your claims, if you can prove that he has a birth certificate in the place where you say he is born; (Sorry to those of you that think he is Satan).

Back to Orly Taitz, the best part of this lady’s position is that, even if he was born in Hawaii and Hawaii is part of the United States, President Obama still would not be President. Why? Because she defines a natural born citizen as one that have parents born in the US!

She even went after Governor Piyush “Bobby” Jindal, saying that he should not even be considered as a Presidential candidate because his parents were born in India. When she attacked Jindal, it showed me that this lady is nothing but racist! She just cannot take it that a non white individual can be President in our great country.

This lady is just pure crazy. She is like Glenn Beck and Keith Olbermann during the President Bush administration. They just spurt out nonsensical theories filled with hate to get attention and get away with it Scot free. I think that the laws of slander should be reformed, and lets bankrupt these jerks with lawsuits.

If we punish them financially, maybe this kind people would think twice when they talk. They would not dare tell people to stab President Obama, mention that President Bush was a Nazi and say that President Obama is not born in the US. They have got to back thier up. I also think that the judge that told Orly Taitz off did his job excellently, and the next judge should really take action against her if she pursues this matter without evidence as it is.

I agree that we should have freedom of speech. This site is an opinion commentary blog about American politics. Without free speech, this site cannot exist. But we cannot go around saying nonsense. We allow a person to go around calling a lady lesbian so that he can become Governor of Texas. We cannot allow people to call Obama anti-Christ or say that people who eat meat should be killed. There is a limit, and we should draw the line.

The reason I say this is because speech can incite violence. Up to a million people died in Rwanda because there were hate speeches on the radio that went unchecked. Hitler rose, because his hate speech was unchecked. Hate speeches of Jews are being left unchecked in the Middle East now.

Like many great things, free speech must never be abused. Its abuse can be fatal Never again should we allow it to happen.
