I can't understand how these elements are allowed to still exist among us and the rest of the world, untouched. Bring a body of people into existence that simply don't answer to normal laws and courts of justice. They should concentrate solely on finding and eliminating these extreme maniacs without any fanfare. For the sake of world stability and peace...do it!
