President obama is giving his condolences as well as whatever aid required during the after effects of a serious blast in a coal mine in southern West Virginia. Around 7 lives were lost in the explosion on Monday at “Massey Energy Co.’s Upper Big Branch mine” in Raleigh County, roughly thirty miles south of Charleston. It is also said that 19 others are unaccounted for and 21 others are hurt. Search and rescue is still on the job looking for any survivors.
President obama spoke on Monday night to Joe Manchin(West Virginia Gov.). The WhiteHouse states in a statement that The president conveyed his deepest condolences to folks who lost cherished ones in the tragedy.
President obama additionally advised Joe Manchin of the fact that federal government is on standby, prepared to provide any help that is required in the rescue attempts.
Looks like not only China needs to look into thier safety aspect.
